Gustavo an engineer with more than 27 years of professional experience within the largest financial services company in the world, who has acquired a wide range of skills and abilities as a Senior Manager, Auditor and Consultant. With a slightly less than 17 years in the Internal Audit Department and more than 10 years as Head of Operations Planning and Control of Security and Investigation Services in Mexico and Latin America for Citigroup, he has managed operations in more than 20 Latin American countries applying his knowledge and skills as a Certified Risk Management Expert.

Hector has over 30 years of experience in the field of Risk Management and Control. For 28 years he worked for Citi and Banamex as a Senior Manager responsible for IT Audit, IT Process Management and Fraud Investigation and Management. He has extensive experience in Risk Management and Control, Auditing, Compliance and Ethics, Information Security, Cyber, Credit Card and ATMs/TPVs Fraud, as well as in Money Laundering Prevention.

Pedro is an Information Technology professional with an eclectic career that has enabled him to acquire technical and managerial experience in all areas from development, operation, monitoring and administration of computer services, evaluation and deployment of new technologies, technical support, auditing and quality control, all with a deep knowledge of business. With extensive experience in financial services, retail sales and telephony, he always focuses on problem solving, goal achievement and training of high performance personnel, which has allowed him to maintain long career paths at Banamex, Grupo Elektra, Banco Azteca and AT&T/Iusacell.

Master in economics, expert in money laundering prevention, risk management, compliance, corporate governance and ISO 9000. For over 29 years he has worked in the financial, pharmaceutical, beverage and financial regulator sectors in Mexico. His experience includes national and world-class companies, including Sumitomo Mitsui, HSBC, Elektra, J&J, Dr. Pepper, Citigroup and CNBV. He has various certifications such as CNBV and ACAMS, Risk, Investment and Compliance. He is also a professor of Corporate Governance at the Universidad Anáhuac.
